Gerard Mercier Gerard A. Mercier

Gerard A. Mercier attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology where he received his Denturist diploma with a Certificate of Merit in recognition of high scholastic achievement. He has been providing implant overdenture services since 1986 and began lecturing on dental implants prosthetics in 1989. He was appointed to the Board of Examiners by the Alberta Government Minister of Labour in 1995, a position that he held for eight years. He is a past vice-president of the Alberta Denturist Society and was appointed a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Denturism in 1990.
